You send your application.
Every December, Junior Ballet France opens applications for its auditions, which take place in February across three international hubs in France, Italy, and Spain.
This year, the auditions will be held in selected cities within these three countries. The first step for candidates is to submit their application through the form below, where they can upload their materials. Based on this submission, candidates will be reviewed and selected for the auditions.

Candidate Review
All applications from dancers applying to join the Junior Ballet for the 2026 season are carefully reviewed by our teams of professionals, as well as by our collaborators and company directors. This collective review process aims to highlight each candidate’s potential and to assess their possible integration within the Junior Ballet.

Invitation to Audition
Candidates selected for the auditions are notified by email and are offered audition dates according to the organized groups and their chosen city.
During the audition, candidates take part in a classical ballet class, a contemporary class, repertoire from the Junior Ballet, and a private interview.

What are the selection criteria for joining the training programme?
We are looking for young dancers who already have a good technical grounding in classical and contemporary dance. Candidates must be aged between 16 and 23.
A real enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of a team is required. Physical aptitude and a genuine desire to be exposed to the choreographic work of Junior Ballet.
The 25 young artists we select each year come from different countries.
